Donna Head of Estate Agency
Donna has the Herculean task of Regional Senior Sales Valuer and this role is no mean feat. Donna’s expertise lie within property all over Cumbria, Scottish Borders and Northumberland Borders with valuations generally over £300,000. Her knowledge and expertise have been honed over several years to ensure that every valuation is handled with care, precision and friendly professionalism.
Lisa PA/Senior Negotiator
With five years of estate agency experience this understanding of the industry was essential for assisting the Managing Director in his day to day role. Every person has strengths and weaknesses and David, the Managing Director, is completely aware of his and as such Lisa compliments the areas that are not covered by bringing strength to the Managing Directors role. Lisas role doesn’t finish here as an experienced sales person she also is one of the senior team in the Penrith office helping daily management of our sales division. Her dedication to both roles ensures a smooth running of the admin and sales division of the company.
