Around three years ago as Covid took over our lives we wanted to make sure everyone could view all of our properties safely and in detail, so we decided to do full video tours of the property, gardens, sometimes even into cupboard spaces. This meant viewers got a fully immersive experience and heard details from one of our property professionals narrating each space. This allowed viewers to understand where services are, how the property is laid out and how it feels. This simple concept became so popular that within a short space of time we were getting thousands of property views per month. We noticed our sales ratio increased as interested customers already had a feel for the property before they even set foot in the door and interest on our social media platforms went through the roof. One property we advertised received over 1 million impressions. We quickly made walk-through videos a must rather than an add-on.
